Convention Center has embarked upon an aggressive program
involving total commitment to the convention and special event
industry. We know that convention and special events require
more than just pipe and drape and Two Rivers Convention Center
can provide these services.
AUDIO/VISUAL SERVICES
Two Rivers Convention Center
provides a preferred in-house audio/visual staff for your
audio/visual equipment and operator service needs. Audio/Visual
equipment rates are available upon request.
Sound
Sound system for Exhibit Hall, Meeting Rooms, Ballroom and
Concourse Areas. Microphones (wireless, hardwire, lavaliere
or handheld), podium, mic stands and other communication devises.
Paging system in public corridors, concourse areas, registration,
and prefunction areas inclusive of Exhibit Hall, Meeting Rooms
and Ballroom.
Audio Visual
LCD projectors, laptops, overhead projectors, slide projectors,
wireless remotes, AV Carts, ceiling screens and portable screens,
laser pointers, easels, flip charts and monitors.
Video
Video projectors, DVD projectors, monitors, computer, VCR's,
video carts, large and small screens.
Theatrical
Mobile staging and risers, stage skirting, lighting, Par Cans,
gels, and follow spots
Telecommunications
The Convention Center has the following telecommunications
capabilities, single phone lines with dedicated number for
conference calls, Internet access, wireless networks, and
data network connections.
UTILITY SERVICES
Exhibit Hall
In the River Rooms these multi-utility floor boxes provide
power and communications. Typical box provides the following
power requirements: (1) 60A 125/250V, 4 wire, pin and sleeve,
(4) 20A duplex. Communications – Include telephone and
data hook-ups. Multi-utility floor boxes are 30’ apart
throughout the River Room. Wall mounted 3 Phase 120/208V power
is located in the Gunnison River room on the North and South
walls.
Meeting Rooms
The Creek Rooms are equipped with multi-utility floor boxes
providing power, and communications. Typical box provides
the following power requirements: (1) 20A services (120/208V).
Communications – (2) tele/data plug in modules.
